Kevin P. Pelletier – Co-founder and Executive Managing Director
Mr. Pelletier is an accomplished investment banker and senior executive with more than thirty years of experience advising middle and lower middle market companies on corporate and structured finance along with large commercial real estate transactions all totaling over $1 billion. He has successfully arranged very complex deals and guided clients through mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising initiatives. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pelletier held senior management and business development positions with leading multinational consumer goods corporations, including Unilever Plc, Diageo Plc (Guinness USA), Reyes Holdings LLC, and InBev (formerly Interbrew S.A. of Belgium). In these roles, he played a key strategic part in international mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, and distribution alliances across global markets for some of the world’s most recognizable beer brands with total transaction values exceeding $10 billion.
An expert in management analysis, operations, and corporate strategic planning, Mr. Pelletier combines deep industry knowledge with proven leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Husson University, where he is a member of the Alumni Hall of Fame, and maintains FINRA Series 7, 63, 24, and 79 securities licenses. Recognized with numerous global performance awards, he continues to contribute his expertise beyond the corporate sphere, having served as Chairman of the Board for the Weingart Center for the Homeless, one of the largest rehabilitation facilities for the homeless in the United States, located on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles.

David L. Mortensen – Managing Director
Mr. Mortensen has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry and has built an extensive career spanning all facets of commercial lending, including underwriting, portfolio management, relationship management, and originations. Specializing in asset-based lending (ABL), commercial and industrial (C&I) lending, large corporate credit, and cash flow transactions, he has held key roles at institutions such as Zions Bank (California Bank & Trust), Pacific Premier Bank, Bank Hapoalim, Pacific Western Bank, and PNC Business Credit. Mr. Mortensen is known for his expertise in structuring and managing credit relationships for middle-market companies with revenues up to $1 billion. He has a proven record of delivering creative financing solutions and supporting cross-selling initiatives across treasury, capital markets, and wealth management services.
Throughout his career, Mr. Mortensen has excelled in building and expanding lending platforms, originating, and closing complex transactions, and maintaining high-quality portfolios while serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. He has developed strong networks among private equity firms, investment banks, accounting firms, and industry contacts, driving consistent new business opportunities across the United States. Mr. Mortensen is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with degrees in Business Administration (Finance) and Bachelor of Arts (English). Mr. Mortensen served in the United States Marine Corps and received his Honorable Discharge in 1988. Andrew F. Shayne- Co-founder and President
Mr. Shayne is a seasoned real estate and finance professional with four decades of experience spanning real estate investment, development, corporate finance, and investment banking. He currently advises corporate clients and actively invests in real estate projects nationwide. For ten years, he served as CFO of Relevant Group, overseeing the development of three boutique hotels in Hollywood funded through the USCIS EB-5 immigrant investment program and managing additional projects in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Shayne founded and ran his own hedge fund focused on option strategies, served as Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director for a private equity fund’s Corporate Finance Group. His extensive background also includes senior roles in investment banking, internal audit leadership at Countrywide Credit Industries, and work as a certified public accountant specializing in real estate and entertainment. Mr. Shayne holds an inactive California CPA license and is a licensed real estate broker. He earned his BS in Business Administration and Economics with honors from California State University Northridge and has built a reputation for structuring complex financings, innovative financial solutions, and sound investment strategies across various industries.
